My wife and I relocated to Chicago with our 7 month old son for a job. We really didnt have much time to find a house as I took the job ~4 months before I was to start. Many would argue that this is the absolute worst time to buy a house in recent years, Courtney made this process seamless. She was attentive to our needs, responsive and would drop just about anything to go see a property for us as soon as it hit the market. She has extensive knowledge of the market and area, all of which were vital to our decision making. This whole process could have been incredibly stressful as we bought a house without ever seeing it in a challenging market. However, Courtney made this process stress free and we are in love with our new home! We absolutely plan on using Courtney again in the coming years!
